You may also purchase the '30 Copy PDF File', which is a discounted licence to print 30 copies. The receipt of the PDF file is not an automated process, and it can take a few days to be sent to your inbox. In order to view or print out the PDF Score, you will need PDF reading software such as the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
PDF Score Licence Agreement
1. This Licence Agreement allows the Purchaser to use the PDF Score file on a single computer and to make reasonable back-up copies of the PDF Score to avoid losing it.
2. The Purchaser may print copies of the PDF Score for personal use.
3. All content in the PDF Score is copyrighted under UK Copyright laws, and the Composer owns the copyright and the PDF Score itself. Other than as stated in these Terms and Conditions, the Purchaser may not copy, print, modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, sell, resell, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the PDF Score’s content, in whole or in part, or aid or permit others to do so. The Purchaser shall not: (1) rent, assign, timeshare, distribute, or transfer all or part of the PDF Score or any rights granted to any other person; (2) duplicate the PDF Score, except for reasonable backup copies; (3) remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the PDF Score (4) transfer or sublicense title to the PDF Score to any other party.
4. This Licence Agreement gives the Purchaser limited rights to use the PDF Score. The Composer retains ownership of the PDF Score and all copies of it. All rights not specifically granted in these Terms and Conditions, including national and international copyrights, are reserved to The Composer.
5. The PDF Score is provided to the Purchaser without any guaranteed technical support or warranty of any kind from The Composer including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
6. The Composer shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise. The limitation of liability herein is a fundamental element of the Licence Agreement between the Purchaser and The Composer.
7. This Licence Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England.
